Probate/ Estate Planning Attorney

Hoeppner Wagner & Evans, LLP is one of Northwest Indiana’s leading law firms with offices in Valparaiso and Merrillville. We are looking for an experienced Probate/ Estate Planning attorney to join our firm.  This position is expected to effectively handle estate planning and/or probate administration. Primary Responsibilities: 

  Educate clients on the importance of estate planning 

  Ability to engage authentically with clients 

  Applicant must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.  

  Must be highly detail oriented, compassionate, organized and able to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications: 

  Valid Indiana Bar Registration 

  3+ years Experience in estate planning, estate administration, guardianship and elder law with acquaintance with tax issues
